At Zynety Textiles and Fashion Private Limited, we care about customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the eligibility, timelines, and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.
If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, it may be eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation requests must be raised immediately via email or customer support.
Cancellation after dispatch is only valid if the product is in courier transit and
subject to successful verification after the product is received back at our warehouse.
Once the order reaches the customer or is marked delivered, cancellation will not be applicable.
Return rules will apply instead.
We may decline cancellation if:
The product has already been delivered.
The order is custom-made or non-returnable.
The cancellation request is raised too late or after acceptance outside permitted window.
Returns may be accepted subject to:
✔ Product being unused, unwashed, unaltered
✔ All original tags and packaging intact
✔ Return initiated within the allowable return window mentioned on the website/product page
Certain items like intimate wear, sale/clearance items, personalized products, or accessories may be non-returnable, except in case of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:
Quality check is conducted
(usage signs, stains, damage, missing tags, or warranties inspected)
Verification Result
If passed → Refund process begins.
If failed → Refund may be denied, and customer may be informed to re-ship or collect product (shipping cost borne by customer).
Refunds are issued only:
✔ After the returned product reaches our warehouse
✔ After it passes quality verification
📌 Refunds will be issued within 5 days from the date the returned item is verified and accepted in our warehouse.
Refund method:
Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment mode
Cash-on-delivery orders → Refunded via bank transfer or store credit (details may be requested)
Shipping charges, COD fees, or service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange may be offered subject to:
Stock availability
Return verification success
Exchange request within return period
If replacement is unavailable, refund or store credit may be issued as per policy.
If a product received is damaged or incorrect:
Notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery
Provide pictures/video proof for investigation
Verified defective cases receive replacement or refund without additional charges
The following are generally not eligible unless damaged during delivery:

Final sale / clearance products
Accessories marked non-returnable
Customers must:
Pack product securely for return transit
Share correct banking/address details for refunds
Respond to verification queries if requested
Any shipment loss caused by inadequate packaging or wrong address may impact refund eligibility.
Any refund or cancellation concerns shall be handled via customer support.
If unresolved, disputes fall under jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.

Revised terms will be posted on our platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
