Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2,999 across India. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can also track your order via My Account → Orders on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pincodes for orders up to ₹10,000. An additional handling fee of ₹50 applies for COD orders.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — register your interest at contact@zynetyfashion.com.

Cancellation Policy

7. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
To cancel, email contact@zynetyfashion.com with your Order ID.
Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

9. Cancellation by Zynety Fashion

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, payment failure, or stock unavailability. You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.
