Refund & Replacement Policy

At Zynety Fashion, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
- You may raise a return/exchange request within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Requests raised after 14 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items
Items are eligible for return/exchange if they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Returned in their original packaging.
- Not from the categories: Dupattas & Stoles (if the packaging seal is broken), customised/bespoke orders, and sale/clearance items marked as non-returnable.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original tags and packaging.
- Customised/embroidered orders.
- Items purchased during final-sale promotions.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@zynetyfashion.com with your Order ID, item(s) to return, and reason.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier partner.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — you will need to provide bank details.
- Store Credit: Available as an option for faster processing.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at contact@zynetyfashion.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
